Additionally, we can control the quality from the roastery via the internet, allowing us to perfectly support our hospitality partners!

The machine indicates on the display when there’s something to refill: It's either beans or cleaning tabs.

We will show you everything during the installation so that you feel confident in the daily operations and maintenance!

You can choose whether you want it with or without a milk system.

With the milk system:

- Increased beverage selection to include cappuccino, latte macchiato, and more—you know the deal!

- Increases cleaning time by about 2 minutes.

Yes—many have had bad experiences with cleaning coffee machines.

We know this firsthand and can assure you that it doesn’t get any easier than with this machine!

The machine will remind you to start the cleaning process. It only requires a button press on the display—after that, nothing stands in the way of enjoying your coffee!

We can also program it to clean automatically at a specific time.

If you choose to have a milk system, there will be one additional step: but don’t worry, it’s also child’s play and only takes a few minutes of your time.

We’re happy to customize everything to meet your needs!

Separate descaling is not necessary; we'll install and maintain a water filter system that is specifically designed for this.

Of course, there are no additional costs for this!

We will come by beforehand to assess the situation on-site together.

Rapha Coffee Roasting Co. takes care of the installation of the machine; all you need to do is ensure that there are power, water, and wastewater connections near the installation location.

Of course, you can contact us if you're unsure whether your connections are sufficient. Get in touch—we're happy to help!

No worries! There may not be a water connection at the machine's location.

Alternatively, we can equip you with a machine with a water and wastewater tank.

You need a power connection.

But don't worry! We also have extension cords in our inventory! 🙂

Joking aside, power connections should ideally be on a separate circuit for the coffee machine.
